Centre Services
The various centres and arcades throughout the Queen Street Mall and surrounds offer an array of customer services, such as lost and found, parcel
delivery, gift vouchers and gift wrapping. For more information click here.
Disabled Access
Lift and ramp access is provided at the Queen Street Mall’s shopping centres, arcades and cinemas. A Braille foot trail runs the Queen
Street Mall’s full length on both sides to assist sight-impaired visitors. Guides and brochures are available from the Brisbane City Council

If you need Police, Fire or Ambulance in an emergency call Triple Zero (000). Emergency first aid is available from the Brisbane City Police Beat on

Hire Services
Wheelchairs can be hired from Delahunty’s Costless Chemist.
Lockers
Are available for hire at the Brisbane Transit Centre (Roma Street Station)
and Central Train Station. The lockers at Roma Street Station can
hold a large suitcase.
