Hot Aussie bands The Butterfly Effect, Evermore and Bob Evans will rock Brisbane – and the nation – at the National Youth Week national launch concert on March 28.

The launch is presented by Video Hits and will be broadcast live across Australia on Network Ten, from Reddacliff Place at the top end of the Queen Street Mall.

Brisbane band The Butterfly Effect will headline the concert in one of their last shows before they head off  to tour the UK and Europe to promote their ‘Final Conversation of Kings’ album.

Australia’s favourite adopted Kiwi band Evermore will also perform, following the release of their third album ‘Truth of the World’ fresh off the press on March 20. Bob Evans, former Jebediah front man Kevin Mitchell, will play a live acoustic set.

“We’re stoked to be playing the National Youth Week launch in our home town and we’re calling on all of Brisbane’s youth to head down to the VH Live Show! Its going to be huge,” The Butterfly Effect lead singer Clint Boge said.

Hosted by Fuzzy and Hayden from Video Hits, the live show will kick off at 9am and rock on until 11am.

“US music mag Billboard Magazine nominated Brisbane as one of the world’s most exciting emerging  music scenes, so it’s no wonder the National Youth Week launch and Video Hits are taking a road trip!” Fuzzy said.
